As Meeting Professionals we need to demonstrate impeccable ethical decision making. But what does that mean in situations like site visits and other aspects of our jobs?  This session will help you decide your code of conduct, ethical behavior, and proper etiquette as a meeting professional. All of us have daily opportunities for our leadership to shine through.  The decisions we make, the behaviors we exhibit, and words we use demonstrate our values and can lead others toward either positive or negative outcomes.  Take a fresh look at your own ability to lead with confidence and integrity and discover the inner peace that comes with knowing you have made sound and ethical decisions.
